DMS Winter 2 Sports Registration (Wrestling and Girls Basketball)

Winter 2 Sports Registration is now open! This form is for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students interested in Wrestling and 7th or 8th grade girls interested in trying out for Basketball. Due to practice and game schedules, students are only able to participate in one DMS sport per season. Please continue to check the morning announcements for information about these sports.

In order for your child to participate in DMS athletics, you must submit the registration form and ensure a current sports physical is on file with the school before the season begins. A school physical may meet the sports physical requirement.
