DMS Parent Teacher Conferences 11/24-11/25

Parent-teacher conferences will be taking place on November 24 and 25. This year, sign-up will be online using PTC Wizard just like last year. The following information will help you to make this as smooth a process as possible:

• Conferences Dates & Times: 

  • Monday, November 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 25 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  Conference Scheduling Window: The window for parents/guardians to schedule conferences opens at 10 AM on November 7, 2025, and closes at Noon on November 21, 2025.  

• Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled via the web at https://app.ptcwizard.com/dms300/login
• Use your username in PowerSchool parent portal as your username and password to access the PTC Wizard account for scheduling
• Follow this LINK for detailed instructions on signing up for conferences. LINK for directions in Spanish.
• If you have problems registering from the on-line directions, please contact the office at 224-484-4522 or email sandy.cardenas@d300.org. 
• If you do not have online access, the office can manually schedule your child’s conference for you.

Parent-teacher conferences play a vital role in the success of children. We strongly encourage you to participate in conferences and look forward to seeing you.
