NEW DMS PROCEDURE RE: ITEMS DROPPED OFF FOR STUDENTS
Dundee Middle School's procedure regarding items being dropped off for students in the main office: The main office will have two call downs a day. The first call down will be at 8:50 a.m. and the second call down will be at 1:00 p.m. Any student lunch drop-offs will be distributed during the students' appropriate lunch period. Dundee Middle School understands that students may forget homework or school related items and having a parent bring these to school is perfectly fine. Please understand that we will not interrupt classroom instruction or academic progress for these items to be given to the appropriate student. Additionally, if a student has called home for a parent to bring an item to school, he/she is always welcome to pick it up during passing periods throughout the day. The students can also come down during their lunch period to pick up any dropped off items. As stated above, the students will only be called down at 8:50 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Thank you for your support in this matter. Please feel free to contact any building administrator with any questions.
Sincerely,
Dundee Middle School Administration
For Students: 8:45am - 3:30pm
